Mr. Clark has over 30 years of experience as a litigator, with over 20 years of that being almost exclusively in the healthcare sector. He has practiced throughout the United States representing clients and handling various arbitrations. His experience is also somewhat unique in that he has not been pigeon-holed in any particular segment of the industry. For instance, he has represented and been adverse to both payers and providers. Similarly, he has represented healthcare systems and also been adverse to them.

His experience counseling clients and representing them in disputes has allowed me to become knowledgeable of most of the regulations implicated in and governing the healthcare industry. For most of his career, the bulk of his cases were in arbitration as opposed to the court system. He has extensive experience in arbitrations before the AAA and the AHLA and he is fully familiar with the AAA and AHLA rules.

Mr. Clark was named an “Outstanding Healthcare Litigator” in 2007 by Nightingale’s Healthcare News. He is one of only 12 lawyers nationally who were selected for this honor.
